Replacement Educational Programs and Operation Levy

Renewing the current Education Program and Operations levy will continue critical funding for students to ensure they have the essential staff, opportunities and programs needed to support learning.

What does Prop 1 fund?

  1. Student Health & Safety
    School nurses, counselors, custodial staff, and campus safety personnel who keep schools healthy, secure, and supportive.

  2. Classroom & Learning Support
    Teaching assistants who provide individualized help and support effective instruction.

  3. Arts, Athletics & Activities
    Music, visual arts, theater, sports, clubs, and after-school programs that foster engagement and belonging.

  4. Academic Pathways
    STEM education, Advanced Placement (AP), College in the High School, and International Baccalaureate (IB) courses.

  5. Equitable Student Services
    Special Education, Highly Capable, and Multilingual Learning programs that ensure access for all students.
